The history 

The history of Cala dei Balcani starts from afar, since 2003 when it became the property of the Urso family. Thanks to the tenacity of mother Maria Cristina who wanted to give life to that place and the various renovations that affect the structure, today it stands as an exclusive and refined place, the ideal wedding destination for those who decide to get married in Puglia.

Among the wonderful walks, the long path of stairs and the scent of the sea, the chaos of the city is banished and time seems to have forgotten its toll. Respect for the environment, the grace with which the spouses and guests in general are welcomed, brings us back to the concept of hospitality so dear to those who live on this region. Cala dei Balcani is a suspended, almost magical place, where those who arrive are captured by the beauty that is expressed in every detail and by the cordiality with which everyone does their job.

Today the structure is managed by Francesco Urso who, having made his mother’s lesson his own, continues the path of improvement using the precious contribution of a team of experts.
